This stock is very interesting, huge reg. s to fund acquisition, lots of shares, but..........very attractively priced. What about the prospects of WOTD? If everything does go well, and I assume it will, what have we got here? Why would a viable tire concern be willing to sell out for how much? correct me if I'm wrong, $500.000.00. When the deal does go through, then we have how many years for this tire business to become a true asset? That takes time, energy and good management My gut feeling is that this stock will be trading well until after the news release and then? Please comment, I'd love to proven wrong. 10.000 shares worth.
