Robert, all, did you see the IBD article 3/24 in the computers
and technology section on the move towards 128 MB ?
It was interesting in that DRAM makers are aggressively shifting towards this in between memory size instead of waiting around for 256 MB. Something we knew was happening but its nice to see it
coroberated.

I looked for a web version of the article but was unsuccessful.
As you are the Master Referencer, I humblely offer you the challenge
of finding it on the web. If it exists.<g>

B.T.W does 64 MB = DUV ? for the criticle dimensions.
I imagine as we progess towards 128 MB and up a greater number cd
and non cd layers will require DUV. Is there anyway to get a handle
on a specific number for a given memory size?

--------------------Layers DUV required
Memory Size--------cd---------non-cd

64----------------?---------------?

128---------------?---------------?

256---------------?---------------?

Still sleeping soundly,
