Dr. Meade My thoughts

REASONS NOT TO BUY

Unstable MM's (at least the last few days)
Unknown dates of Thompson shares coming to market(may already have)
Price has not moved after last 2 PR'es
Q2 f/s should be out by May 15 (may want to wait closer)
Where is our annual shareholder's meeting???
Spread is back to 5 cents
S/H are contacting customers again (We all know what happened the last
time)
Where is our business plan???

REASONS TO BUY

Check out the last 5000 posts...

Be careful out there. Until I feel comfortable about the above, I would watch out.

IMO

Dr. Meade,
Like any relationship you have to decide what still has relevance from past disappointments as opposed to what the relationship is now and its future potential. If you looked at TAVA (TPRO) two years ago, you would have passed. Today they are the prime player in Y2K embedded systems. A very hot stock.

In the last 2-3 weeks TPII has done their SEC filing so that can move eventually to Nasdaq smallcap listing, has business coming in from groupware, and has a most definite Y2K business line (see J.Stone's excellent find at post 5292). The Bemer Vertex 2000 potential is the unknown that could turn this into a moonshot.

The market will figure this out and the prices you see now will be history, just like TAVA trading at about a $1.50 a year ago, and closing above 13 yesterday. TAVA still isn't profitable, but their potential is huge and smart investors could see that months ago.
