Linda,

CSCO may tank 20 points tomorrow, but over time you'll be way
ahead. After all, it's one of a handful of 900-lb gorillas the
others being IMHO Microsoft, Intel, Merck, Dell, GE, Compaq,
and the very latest, Lucent.

There are no guarantees in the world of investing, but the above
stocks (with the exception of newly formed Lucent) have the track records to prove their worth.
