were in production. It is listed on
the company website. Doesn't seem
at all odd to me.

JOHN, I am not sure whether the billboards have been delivered or not. But it is not uncommon for companies to issue press releases in a time sequence that provides for the strongest impact.

I don't know if ADOT is doing this or not. But I understand completely why a company does this and it makes sense to me.

Again, I really can't say for sure what the status of the delivery is, but if I get anything definitive, I will post it.
