For the record:I'm Holding DGIV, long because, they have contracts in place, have done one aquistion already and are rapidly becoming aggressive in the sale of traffic over their bandwidth/network. This type of business model generates revenues and that equals growth and profitability. '97 was in fact a good year according to Bob Cummings, and I don't know exactly what that should mean? I feel that as long as they are within their current projections for progress that is good enough for me.

Also note: when I spoke to Mr. Cummings about the contract with Louis
International, he said,"revenues would start within 90-days of it's signing(3-12-98), however, it could in fact be sooner depending on how long the regulatory process takes".

With regards to Mr.Chin, and his return, realistically, news could be as early as thursday before or after the bell, that really depends on lawyers i.e. terms and conditions of an agreement etc. legalities.

News could also, not be until next week, monday, tuesday, etc. or ultimately there could be no news at all and Mr.Chin, has just been whooping it up in Paradise.

However, thus far, Mr.Chin, has been hard working and productive in terms of contracts. The previous news releases have laid the groundwork for the next possible/probable release. If more people read and understand the direction DGIV is taking as well as understanding IP TELEPHONY, then the conclusions could be as obvious to them as they are to me.

One other note: many people start screaming when the mm's do their whipsawing at the open thru the first 2hrs when the offices are closed
in California, there is no way for me to wake those folks up and get a bead on anything before 11am edt. So try to remain calm and if there is anything new which I learn, I'll put it up on board for all to see asap.
