Take A look at average daily volume I may be wrong but one of the qualifications for being listed is volume, take a look at the history of volume on ATXI. Not much! I do not know the specifics on what the volume minimum is and I don't feel like looking it up right now (maybe in a few minutes)(maybe not)but I am sure this would be a reason for being delisted Dan PS I am not saying that I think ATXI is the Co. But in my DD I can not prove it is not!
