Cautiously optimistic is a good word for EUTO at the moment. Still alot of unanswered questions, but at least they are starting to address some important issues, nothing wrong with a step in the right direction,

Now as far as a whipping boy for EUTO, why don't we go to the INTC thread or maybe the CPQ thread and pick some innocent clueless bystander at random, and use him or her? LOL
