Does anyone know when we might expect to hear the court's decision regarding the Nomai case?

Regards - Dale

Hope you're right, Sheila. I was expecting a bad, bad day, because of Microsoft's warning about future earnings.

SR, I thought you are long enough in IOM to know that it does not track NAZ or S&P!! We longs are no way in a position to make fun of the shorts - at least for now.

New sales not needed for IOM. With the various tech stocks reporting low earnings, who cares. You don't need a new computer or harddisk to use Zip or Jaz. If you don't have the money to upgrade your old clunker, you can buy an "add-on" at the fraction of the cost. Zips are selling at Staples for $79 after a $50 rebate. Not a bad price to expand storage. It seems to me that IOM's low earnings warnings may not be as bad as we thought. IOM's products are flying off the shelves everywhere.
