Who do you consider the "rest of the group"? From my perspective, Hadco is only comparable to Sanmina and to a smaller, newer PGTZ. They do not do what JBIL, DIIG or Solectron do and they are not in the same business as SFLX. They really are unique for a public company. The Hicks Muse owned Via Technology is in their ballpark.

Doug, Good question on the Needham & Co HDCO rating. I do not know why. They will suffer a slowdown likes others in the group. However their customer list is pretty diverse (e.g. 34% telecommunications), and the synergies of the two acquired companies should be beneficial, assuming that HDCO properly integrates them...

Sincerely,

Doug F.
