Kevin.. you're the expert in this field.. but we probably should call the company and get a better feel for this lawsuit thing.. see if you can find the number or if anyone has it offhand.. please share it with Kevin.. thanks jim

Can I clarify a couple of issues. MDIX offers temporary staffing services through its National Care Resources division. Judging from their 9/30/97 financials, it looks like that division will do about $27 million in 1998. The other division, Cymedix Lynx, provides Internet medical communication software and services to managed care organizations, medical laboratories and hospitals. The Lynx division does not sell computer systems. I can find no reference to SNF software either. It seems that the two business are distinct from one another.
