Rosario; I want to know how many shares are outstanding? How many dollars of preferred and convertable are still outstanding? And what would the above equal id converted at 10 cents. It seems from reading the filings that there is some where around 1 trillion shares issued. Just kidding but it is impossible to piece it together. Finally, will the company continue to use their stock as currency or do they forsee some sustainable level of working capital from the net 750,000 rcv'd from BTC (1.5 mil less the 750 to cover monies owed by AGTI to BTC) Thanks
