Does anyone see any contradictory conclusions in this report?

dailynews.yahoo.com

Will unwillingness to provide insurance have something important to do with aircraft either unable or unwilling to fly schedules on New Year's day 2000?

GOOOOO, TAVA

Re: Capital Gains - Note that the mid-term is 12 mo. to 18 mo's. @ 28% and less than 12 months (short term) is 28 to 40% according to your tax bracket after capital gains.
This makes it very tough to justify trading a stock with this potential and I say this being a trader myself. I find it harder to sit with large gains, but our friend the government is trying to make it easier. It should also be noted that over 150k gross income, you lose all exemptions other than real estate. Ten kids don't count.
With all of this we certainly have to be careful with our margin accounts in anticipation of a Tava correction if we decide to hold.

Good Luck to all, and let's try not support the government in our exuberance.
