Max Has A POINT
I own about 25,000 shares of cvia. I have to agree with Maxx. It does seem strange that a company already profitable(3.5 mil/yr) would be interested in merging with a shell company with no or very little assets. I'm new at these penny stocks. I've been trading online for about 3 weeks. I have been trading in blue chip stocks for about 2 years though.
All I'm saying is that I'm new at this game. Can someone enlighten me as to why this tire company would be interested in merging with cvia?
