you guys saw this right. Franklin Telecom (FTEL) dropped 3/8 (10.34%) to close at 3 ¬. The company announced yesterday a definitive agreement with WorldCom to roll out its Internet phone network. Yesterday, RagingBull.com incorrectly reported that insiders had recently sold shares; rather insiders had filed Form 144's indicating an "intent" to sell shares. We sincerely apologize for this mistake.
