ICGX has pulled back about 8%. It still seems somewhat cheap at 3.5 X net plant + debt. ( I need to recheck these numbers )

Teleport went out at almost 6x. It is not as cheap as it was a few months ago but over the course of a year 60-70 is not unreasonable. As long as the CLECS remain in favor.

I think I am going to buy on any further weakness.
