TO ALL:

I just got some info from a source that attended the hearing. They stated that IHI came prepared with 42 boxes of evidence while the SEC only had one box. It was apparent that IHI was on top of the situation. The SEC did have some items of merit but the new compensation plan that was introduced at the conference shot those items out of consideration.

Worst case scenerio: IHI may have to refund some money to those who request it. So what? These new product lines will definitely keep revenues up to cover the refunds. I am personally having a great deal of success retailing the skin care and nutritional products. My downline has reported the same. Any other reps care to tell us what their downline or upline is doing as far as retailing goes?

My theory is that the SEC had "old" information from which they drew their accusations. IHI is a different company than it was 12 months ago. The bottom line is how the sales rep perceive this company. They are the ones out in the field creating the revenue. And from what I have seen and heard from the field . . . They are selling like never before.

As far as the stock goes . . . I think it will trade again and there will be no reason to halt it in the future.

I may be wrong but I have one of those feelings . . .

Think of it this way . . . if IHIN comes out of this mess with their shirts on, is there any reason to think that the stock can't perform relatively well?

Happy Trading

Janine
