JFO:

Product was initially released last Fall, revenues took a sharp upturn. Sales expenses also took an upturn, required for a steep ramp-up, leaving IAIC RED.

While expenses are no doubt still high, if contracts stream in as expected IAI should go black this quarter or next. This is all dependent on the acceptance of Y2K as a real problem by block-headed managers and the rate at which a centralized IAI sales force can service contracts. The later will drop out as other factories at other companies with separate sales forces come online.

Call IAI IR, Neal Sanders, and get the scoop on incoming contracts every few weeks if you are waiting to find the time for the real long-term upswing. When IAI starts making noise about announcements forthcoming concerning the number and size of contracts signed, I think you will have it.
