For many autograft is not warranted, so having alternative is not that bad. Will of-label (normal fractures) usage work is another story. I do agree that 121 patients is small number, but if the protocol and end-point are well designee for statistic, should not be a problem. Follow on period is 24 months, so better that they start with another set of patients right away. mz [eom]
