Personally Jon, I don't think the higher powers of zulu give a rats ass about what tom burgess told us.

There has been many times that I have struck a deal with a vendor only to have to come back and say, "you know those 5000 units i said i would buy this month? well, the boss overuled me. Now its 500 units and i will buy them over the next 12 months".

What do you suggest we do Jon. If the financials aren't out by the 31st what should we do?

It's a vicious circle that we are all caught in. For every seller there has to be a buyer. We would be taking advantage of some poor soul if we sold zulu to them now. On top of that you would have to go through this whole thing all over again telling them of the evils of zulu. I beleive we would all be better off, yourself included, if we just maintained our current positions and let you continue to preach your gospel to us.

Wouldn't we be cutting our own throats by selling. I mean wouldn't this drive the price of the stock down to say 2 cents. Then some poor idiot would have to buy it for 2 cents and hope that the financials would come out..........oh, I see.

Jon,

You obviously expend a lot of energy here, and since you claim you have no stake in this whatsoever, I can only suppose that you are either one of those lucky individuals blessed with an inordinate amount of spare time, or that you are a less fortunate individual who actively seeks to cause harm to others for purely malicious reasons.

Your statement that just a week ago there was absolutely no doubt as to audited financials being available by the end of the month is is so blatantly untrue and leading I can't believe you would attempt to get away with it. For whatever personal reasons, you seem committed to staying here, and committed to the slant you're taking, so at least take the time to be creative and come up with something negative that might pass muster. God knows there are plenty of options. If you would take the time to actually read the posts from a week ago (and even further back) you would find that if there was any issue that WAS in doubt, it was the release of audited financials. Among others, both Joe Copia and Matty G, the original touters of this stock, have stated repeatedly that they are on the sidelines (or even farther away) until the doubts surrounding the financials (and other issues) are settled, one way or another. Even the ardent longs have expressed doubt again and again as to the release of financials.

The only reference we have to financials being out by the end of the month is a single email (or conversation, I forget at the moment) in which Burgess "reportedly" claimed that financials would be out at the end of this month. I say "reportedly" for obvious reasons. You're clearly intelligent enough to know that anyone would be a fool to take any post on SI as actual fact. If we had two dozen posts here, from two dozen different users who all claimed that Burgess made the same promise to them, then I would agree with you, it would look bad if financials didn't come out. But we don't have that. You're building up an elaborate straw man from a single post, which no one else has taken as gospel but you, for whatever personal reasons, and are using said straw man to create a calamitous event if financials aren't released by the end of the month. The only binding, public statement as to making financials available comes from the ESVS deal, a fact which you repeatedly like to ignore. Wait until that date. If nothing, then toot your horn. Don't worry, we'll all recognize the sound.

I'm not trying to downplay the negative impact of the way NETZ has handled the financials issue. IMHO, nothing has hurt this stock more than the wishy-washy manner in which they have made claims concerning the release of financials and not delivered. But the company has made no public, substantiated claim here, and trying to turn posts on SI into press releases from the company only makes you look foolish.

Jon, you said a lot about Tom Burgess, the man. But I suspect you'd act very differently, face-to-face with him, over a beer or a cup of coffee. I know you would, just as much as you know you would.

And I note--as has everyone else reading this thread--that neither you or Matty Gregg accepted my bet of 100 shares of NETZ stock, which I'll give you if the Zulu-tek financials are not released within the prescribed time period. Of course, if they are released within that time period, you'd each have to give me 100 shares.

And you know as well as I do that there is only one "prescribed" time period. It's clearly stated in the recent filing: Zulu-tek will present for ESVS a fully audited financial report within 45 days of the date of the filing.

Alternatively: What's the difference, in the state of the whole wide world, if NETZ's financial report is released a week after Burgess "promised?" If this document were released earlier, would you say that he was more than honest?

Come on! At a minimum, you've got to be realistic, if not for your own self-interest, then for everybody's affinity to common sense.

Where, from any document or tape recording or personal eye-witness account anywhere on earth, did you get the term, "promise?" Would you like to go into a court of law and attempt defend your use of the term "promise" in this situation? Indeed, you've arbitrarily placed the word.

Promise. Promise me you'll shut up on the financials issue--or take my bet!

Once again, I'll state the bet: I'll bet 100 shares of NETZ that an audited financial report will be publicly released within the prescribed time period, the prescribed time period being defined as 45 days after the date of the filing.

Now, for housekeeping purposes, and for purposes of honor and integrity here: Are you willing to degrade the integrity and character of a man, namely Tom Burgess, if this fully audited 'Big-Six' financially audited report is released a week late?

I'll take the liberty on behalf of Tom Burgess--though I've never met the man--and ask that you apologize to him.

Marshall,

Thanks for the very interesting and informative material. I AM
amused! So far he seems to have a genuine interest in Patriot on
the long end, time will tell of course. We've had our share of
naysayers on the thread, Jon Tara being the absolute worst. Notice
he has disappeared now that things are beginning to turn around for
Patriot, he probably went long himself after he tried to tank the
stock as best he could. In fact the stock did dive but it had
nothing to do with his rants. Thanks for the information.
