Hi Max! From what I have gathered, the situation with Mr J is quite interesting.

Apparently (and this is just MY "take" on what I get "reading between the lines"), he has an obligation (probably monetary) to the company and the company won't let him out of his position on the board until that obligation is taken care of.

I have talked to people that are NOT part of management, but seem to be very knowledgeable of the situation, and they indicate that Mr J is technically still involved, but Gary Borglund is definitely in charge.

From various people, I have heard that Mr J has every intention of taking care of his obligation. It's a "sticky" situation, but everybody seems willing to work through the situation without any "mud-slinging."

And I agree with that philosophy. I think more can be accomplished this way.

Please remember, this is just how I understand the situation by putting the pieces together from the various sources with whom I have spoken.
