I had some short position in May and June, which had not been charged interest. And at least one person -- Rubble man, if I remember correctly -- said on this thread that he has NOT been charged any interest for short position on margin even if till now. And in my Feb. statement, I have been charged interest for short position. So to tell you the truth, I don't know what is going on with Datek.I just give it up. It sucks. Good luck.
