Thanks Kathleen, no I don't track the line of credit criteria, not because I don't think it's important (the way MU is hemmorhaging cash these days it's more important than ever) but because it would hurt my brain too much to read that document. Good luck.

BTW, noted public servant DJ highlighted some numbers in the Mitsubishi article he just posted. I guess he thinks they're bullish but if you look at them they pretty much describe MU's current sitation ... Mitsu sees memory sales this year of 150 billion yen, down 33% from 175 billion yen for the year just ending. MU's memory sales for the 12 months ended Feb. were $1.7 billion (roughly 220 billion yen ... so MU's about 50% bigger than Mitsubishi) and if you take the latest quarter and annualize it (yeah I know Skeeter this is definitely being too kind to MU, current prices are well below $3.30) you get $1.1 billion. Down about 35% from last year. So you could make the same forecast for MU that Mitsubishi is making. Not sure why DJ believes this to be bullish. 'Course he also believes that Hitachi is going to stop making DRAM in Japan. Hey, I got a bridge he might want to buy!

regards, Mike
