Mooner... as in "howls at the full moon." Or as in "listens to the Art Bell radio show while watching Area 51 on a moonlit night."

If we knew the weight of the bullet before it was fired, then we could say for certain if the fragments add up to more than its initial weight. We don't know what the bullet weighed before it was fired, but Mooners fail to apply such logic tests to their own tall tales.
