announced that it has been notified that Jerry A. Mathwig, Eden Prairie,
MN recently filed a schedule 13D with the United States Securities and
Exchange Commission reporting that he has acquired and now owns 627,000
shares of Atrix International's outstanding common stock. The filing
indicated that the shares were acquired for investment purposes. Mr.
Mathwig's occupation is President of Metro Sales, Inc. of Richfield, MN.
