What are the chances of having the "Clear New Message Counts" and the time-of-last-refresh fields moved back up the the top of the screen?

I refer to both very frequently and now they are hidden.

Brad, thanks for your prompt reply and quick action. Now I see the rules as well. When you do the update of 'hot' peoplemarks, can you put in a spot that can be accessed by a 'click', like your HOTSUBJECTS or your NEW SUBJECTS.. somewhere where it can be updated monthly or quarterly and we can see it without asking you to do another one all the time.

I've got the last one and I'm not sure everyone knows you even do one.
