People who have held DELL from a market cap of 2 Billion
to over 42 Billion in less than two years have good reason
to be happy. It really smells like a Mania to me when they
feel that the current cannot change. People here really
ought to be aware that DELL (split-adjusted) had profits
of not much over ONE DOLLAR a share in its BEST-EVER quarter.
IBM, by contrast, made bet. FIVE AND SIX DOLLARS per share,
and yeah, IBM has 50% more shares. If you compare IBM's
earnings statements with DELL's, it just looks ridiculous.
As cocky as many here have been to others, I'd really be
glad to see it take a big fall.
