The bulls have to take an optimistic outlook regardless of what Maffei says- the health of the bull mkt is at stake besides he is only the CFO what does he know-g- .This is a "NEW ERA" the bulls will say MSFT always cautions but continues to deliver " spectacular results". Mike

Khalil, I thought it wasn't touty either, but I guess you have to compare this forecast to prior forecasts and observe that it is less pessimistic than prior forecasts. The logical conclusion, of course, is that things are going to get even better for the company. OTOH, what if MSFT releases negative forecasts when things are going well and positive predictions when things are going poorly?
