No, the bet has nothing to do with your "position." That, as I understand it, is still murky insofar as NETZ is concerned. It's simply a matter of placing emphasis where emphasis should reasonably be placed: That a legal document says that financials will be released at a time certain, within 45 days subsequent to the filing. This is clear, isn't it? And how long do you intend to feel comfortable mischaracterizing the Tom Burgess remark? I mean where's the mileage in that? It's not even limited mileage.
