Intel is DEAD MONEY till the first of July, with a slight downward bias. When those Insiders' sold big time, it was time to take profits! Long term the stock looks great!

I guess I didn't make myself clear enough, but that is exactly what I mean when I stated they should bring CASH down not borrowing. I am advocating borrowing at a time of low interest rates. I believe I stated the company has little or no debt at a time of low interest rates.

Sorry for the misunderstanding.
