Mike, just a reminder, DEC already warned about this Q @ last earnings. This will not be NEW news to the informed. If you want to dig through the last thousand press releases, you can find one on the date of their January earnings announcement that had them stating "the analysts are going to have to lower our numbers for next Q from about .64 to .43". Last I looked, Zacks via Yahoo still had them @ .53. I was holding DEC at the time, now holding CPQ.
