Rob, in my previous two posts I attempted to say the same thing. I totally agree that until the public knows who Cycomm is and recognizes the future potential and starts to invest in the company nothing is going to happen new. If we think that we are the only people out there who recognize a turnaround situation like Cycomm's something is the matter. The investing public has to made aware of who Cycomm is and what they are in the process of doing and let them decide if they want to invest. I have already proven that, once informed, an astute investor doing his own DD certainly will see what is apparently about to happen. Whatever is spent in getting this message out will come home many times. We cannot promote Cycomm except with each other and we all agree or we would not be here. Management MUST promote the company. Put any name on it you please.

<<I say give a stock promoter a pile of shares and let him go for it>> I think we've done that($ - not shares)and we did not get much bang for the buck.

There are many companies in the same situation as Cycomm. Companies with product, $, and a future that are just mired in a trading range.

Perhaps it's the sector. Small/micro caps are just not happening.

Perhaps it's the risk - for most brokers and firms their E&O Ins. does not cover stocks under $5. Funds don't buy such stocks either.

Cycomm's price will go up as revenue grows and earnings (NOT losses) appear on the balance sheet. I'm banking that Bud does this soon in a big way.

Best wishes for us all.

Hello Robert,

Just looked at my reuters screen .. TRII halted. I would advise Cycomm
to talk to the institutional investors of Transcrypt, because they
will be on the lookout to take out their money and invest it in a
better stock. What's a better stock than TRII ? Cycomm !

If the institutional investors want to give TRII a $228 million market
cap on a loss of 39 cents, just imagine what will happen once the
institutional investors get to **KNOW** the prospects of CYI.

Here's the PR of TRII which caused the trading halt :

---
Transcrypt <TRII.O>audit delayed, adjustments seen

LINCOLN, Neb., March 27 (Reuters) - Transcrypt
International Inc. said Friday its 1997 audit has not been
completed and the company expects adjustments will be made to
previously announced financial results.
Transcrypt, which provides information security and
wireless communications products, said it will delay filing its
annual report with the Securities and Exchange Commission on
March 31.
Trading in shares of Transcrypt were halted pending an
announcement.

This is an opportunity of a lifetime for Cycomm to get the word out to
the right people.

Here is a list of all institutional investors in TRII , which should
be informed of the growth prospects of CYI :
