Keeping in mind that they haven't used either of those pay news services yet, you might want to get an investor packet from them.

The 9/5/97 press release includes the following:

Secondly, Tomahawk Construction is negotiation with Dunn Industrial Group, Inc. to enter into a Joint Venture Relationship for the pursuant [sic] of additional work at this facility as well as pursuing work in the automotive industry that both companies have excelled in. According to Engineering News-Record for 1996, Dunn was ranked the 45th largest contractor in the U.S.A. with revenues exceeding $600 million.

Did a later press release talk about a bid with Dunn being submitted to FLR? I don't have any of the release past 9/15/97.

BTW, "Joe"??? I've never spoken with a "Joe" there. Didn't know there was one.

I, too, appreciate Peanut's perspective. However, with all due respect, I would say my attitude regarding this company is somewhat justified, as I've been led to believe repeatedly since January that the financials should be out any day now. And was told during my first meeting with Delmar in September that the 96 financials were being worked on at the time.
