On balance, this seems to be one step closer to secure business-to-business transactions online. The direct competition to CKFR is probably minimal since they deal primarily with individuals
(as opposed to businesses). However the fact that this enables and energizes more internet commerce is probably a net positive for CKFR. On the other hand, companies like CYCH and First Virtual may be hurt over the short run until spillover of business to them occurs IMHO.
