I definitely am having a problem seeing this as good news! Companies need clear direction and IOM is in a critical juncture of either becoming a standard or owning a niche market with Zip. I can't see how this move will help provide that guidance.

Sheila, I thought you supported KE. (I could check prior posting, but don't feel like going through the list at this time.) Anyway, I agree that IOM needs a President that can lead a $2 billion company. It's not an easy job.
