From the statements in the press release about a search for a new CEO beginning immediately, it's obvious that this was a sudden decision, whether on the part of the Board, or KE.

Either way, it certainly isn't good news for the short term. As I say that, I am hoping I am wrong.

Sheila, I really hope you are right.

As for the long term, that depends upon who they can find to replace Edwards.
