I think you have a good point. Its possible that Ford may have that in back of their mind, although BAAT is going to be a bit difficult to takeover via hostile bid. It is wise for Ford to at least check them out, it gives them the edge over the rest to make the quick move as soon as they see that BAAT has something worthwhile. I am certainly hoping for the best and the probabilities are high enough to take some risk at this point. I think this is a good window of opportunity for the right investors to step in because there is not much time left. Yes, anything can happen but the risk/reward formula always takes into account proper timing and the price. The only thing we must determine is the likelihood of the direction.

Hi, Mike-- It has been stated repeatedly in BAAT writings that it was set up with defense from hostile takeover in mind. Many of the major stockholders include environmental groups, which will not sell BAAT out. I am looking forward to BAAT's SEC postings so we can see who those groups include. Will be instructive on who is backing our company. Cheers! Rick
