<<"J.P. Getty could be talking to Barney Rubble"...Mr. Bruin, that was brilliant, funny, and probably frighteningly accurate. Thanks for the post.>>

No problem, Barn.

I now like KRY for a trading buy. Here's why. This is NOT investment advice, just my opinions based on info recently obtained (not inside information):

It is clear that KRY has title to LC 4 &6. The forthcoming ruling will admit either 8 or 11 submissions. There will follow a long series of administrative proceedings which will give KRY all mining and related rights. This is not a real trial in the sense that Valentine and others envision.

Placer will be out of the game and find itself immersed in legal problems that will have far reaching effects. After the dust settles, Placer will leave Venezuela empty-handed. The rumored presence of Chief Justice Gomez in Washington today relates to this issue.

Once the administrative processes are in motion, KRY will receive a takeover offer by a major company which can afford to gamble on an increase in the price of gold. I still maintain that LC is marginal at current gold prices, but it is too large for a major to ignore.
KRY does not have the means to develop it alone.

The foregoing is just my opinion, without any guarantees. I am now long the stock.
