Good info Soup prices firm here on the Coast And Mark's $30 mln Dec. 97 credit may be conservative . The refiling of Power's EDGARs seems to indicate an all stock buyout . Could provide an additional $20 mln credit (real money) , if Jobs by delaying the buyout from Dec ($14/shr) to Jan (19.25/shr) , saved the $25 mln cash due to Power with the AAPL stock. At $28/shr Amelio's bondholders become Jobs' supporters . Amelio's book claims Jobs came to him to remove Spindler so Jobs' could be AAPL's CEO . Think Different , he does . Jim K.
