<Oilex management has never lied to its shareholders>

Yeah, right.

Oilex management failed to disclose on their SEC filings about pending lawsuits which were partially revealed ONLY when they were posted publicly on this thread.

Oilex management failed to disclose that Allen L. Burditt, II, key "consultant" was a convicted felon for securities related convictions out of the State of Kansas. In fact, Mr. Burditt was still on probation for those felony convictions during the time he first took over control of Oilex.

You remember, the same time that Oilex transferred well over 10 million shares of Oilex stock to Burditt's own privately owned Phoenix Reserves --- for the same Jeferson County wells of which Oilex management has refused to reveal to shareholders the current status.

Steve, I could post one h*ll of a lot more about this company and its "management". But, for reasons I will not publicly reveal on this thread I chose not to.

BTW, I assure you that reason is NOT that Oilex's attorney sent me a letter ordering me to "cease and desist" my negatives postings on the internet.

Message 3147278

I politely refused their kind offer.
