I'd be careful about overpaying for the warrants. Check out my post on Yahoo!:

Traditional Black-Scholes theory does not apply here, because of the implicit cap on the upside provided by the ability of the company to call the warrants when the stock price reaches $25.50 per share. My estimate is that the warrants are worth $3.25, but feel free to use my formula with your own assumptions.
