I'd rather you call him, rather than seeing you publicly call him a liar. Remember Craig Crawford is being sued, isn't he? There was a guy named Hiram Walker who was legally forced to print retractions of his statements. Are you gonna wanna having to be doing this sort of thing? I hope not. Give him a call, straighten it out. You don't have to report back to us if you don't want.

Yes, people can get sued for that sort of thing. How can you even come close to calling Tom Burgess a liar when the March 31st date isn't even here yet? I know it's not here yet, because I have a party scheduled for March 28th. Am I a liar for saying I'm gonna have a great party on March 28th?

Try being a bit more realistic and stop using what you know to be a groin-kick issue, i.e., the financials. You must be just trying to scare people into not investing in NETZ, or you must be trying to scare them into selling their shares--like Other Chap, "separating money from suckers."

NETZ will stand on its own merits, with or without your kicks in its groin, once the financials are released.
