I hope you are right...and I do believe that there is a good chance that you are right. But at the same time...I know what a crooked company can pull off and have seen it first hand. Banyon needs to produce and maintain a contract that makes them profitable. They need to let the transfer agent verify the exact number of shares. And then they need to start reporting everything to the SEC with audited records. When this happens we are all going to be very happy. And some of us will be very wealthy. Until then...we hope that you are right.

If anybody buys any BANY...please get the exact time that your order is was filled so that we can check it against the time and sales. A few days of buys and this thing could start its long awaited move north.

The calm before the storm. I don't need to preach to the old-timers about patience, but for the newbies and lurkers ya gotta have faith in your investment decisions. Hopefully everyone who wants to be long will understand that we are matched against professionals and the tug of war will only continue until someone concedes.
Are you gonna concede? How about you buddy are you gonna give up? What about you dude over there in the corner, are you gonna throw in the towel?
I realize it's probably disheartening not to see any upward action, but believe me you probably won't until the certificates begin leaving the transfer agent and a big push to accumulate takes place. And lo and behold... not too many shares available, if any. I think we need to have a time frame in mind before the cert drive can be considered a non-event. Personally, I would suggest 3-4 weeks. I like that, should have some cash available about that time. In the mean time....
