Anaxagoras, I am no expert here, but I do like BOCI at this point. I am HOPING that over the next six months the sales of 56k modems will finally pickup. I think there is a very large pent up demand for the higher speed modems that has been waiting for 56k standards to be achieved. With these new standards, this demand will clear out the older modems in the channel and enable all the modem makers to begin shipping in good volume the new V.90 modems. I also think pricing will improve with this higher demand. I don't know what to make of the recently announced Set Top Boxes. I hope this will also be a positive. I think the time to short BOCI was when I bought in about a year ago. It seems like all the bad news is out and the stock bottomed at $4. Looks to me that the upside potential is much greater than the downside risk. But I have been very wrong on the stock before. Don't mean to talk you out of shorting or encourage anyone to buy. Just my thinking and a gut feel I have about the entire modem industry. What I do know for certain is that I will be upgrading my current modem to the new V.90 56k modem very shortly. One question I leave you with ... how many other people will be doing the very same thing? Good luck to all. Chris .....
