Here's Purple Bears post from Yahoo...

I believe we have a day of excitement and knowledge regarding our investment instore for us.

The conference call should answer any questions we have as long as we ASK them. I'm quite certain that we all have many questions and would like many answers about AGT and its future. I wonder if any of us will get a word in edgewise. Please read my previous post for time and phone number.

If I am unable to clear my throat (ask my questions), please help me out and ask the following questions for me.

1. In the November '97 Quarterly report, it was stated that AGT would have over 1600 units in operation. What are the current numbers regarding units placed and operational? Where are these units and how much revenue are they producing?
2. "As of July 31, 1997, 68,807,262 shares of the Common Stock were outstanding." We have nearly doubled the number of outstanding shares to 120.7M. Will this dilution of shareholder investment end? Will the company consider a stock buy-back program instead of a reverse split to help out the current and long-term investors? Do you see any possible scenario that would lead to raising the current 150M cap on shares, and if so, why?
3. The deal with K & B sounds intriguing, but if the Texas market is petty much saturated by the competition, how can this alliance help AGT to place and operate units? What are the quota numbers for K & B, and what is their incentive to sell AGT's product rather than the competition's?
4. Does BTC have any quota incentives, or do they share the potential revenue? How many units do you believe they are capable of placing and operating?
5. It seems as though PARTI Max is stuck in the pipeline. What has been happening with the "British Invasion"?
6. Does the formation of a new company remove or separate SONIC from the rest of AGT's products? Will future revenue generated by SONIC potentially enhance the current stock (AGTI) value? Will we as shareholders receive stock in the new company, or will it be completely separate?
7. When are you foreseeing a profit for AGT?
8. The investors have no way of knowing what's going on in the company and rumors tend to fly which could affect the stock value. Could a company newsletter be included in your website or possibly an e-mail update to shareholders of interest?
9. What is the progress of AGT's interest in the Canadian bingo market?
10. Is the company moving to Las Vegas?
11. When and where is the next stockholder meeting?

Continued good fortunes and God bless,
Paul and the Purple Bears

I am reading this correct.

SGT will buy 5 million shares which is 5% of the outstanding which means that AGTI has approx 100,000,000 shares outstanding.

SGT and AGTI will form a new company which will be owned 50/50 by each partner.

So the effect of this partnership at $2 per share for AGTI will mean the new company has a value of (200 mil*2) 400 million dollars.

I believe that is a stretch !!..

Yes it is good news for the company but how high do you think the stock can realistically go?
