Frank, The only explanation I could come up with for HWP movement is that it is just normal float. They are a big blue chip and a DOW component. Foreign investment may like the stability. I was looking at XRX last night and I noticed that they had a good move up over the last six weeks. They traded at $80 from July 97 to Feb. 98. Then for no real good reason they went up to $100. I think it is time for HWP to do this kind of move. They have a lot of great things going and they don't seem to get the credit they deserve. I'm looking for a strong move up. Just my feeling. DWW II
