i think dell and msft are both good buys.. dell got a dns scan hit yesterday... while not on a daily buy signal as of yesterday, it's very close. it's the weekly chart that im watching for.. looks very weak.. but if you maintain a good trading plan, any loss woould be minimal. use the 9 and 21 day ema for exit (very close to each other) both at 63-64. gap for dell wasn't filled, so keep that in mind too. as for me, im wary of the techs,, any bad news, whole sector moves. but with qntm and coms bad earnings, tech still rallying .. that shows you that techs have discounted the bad news (which is good sign)
