James,

While we all may speculate, Mark A. said last March that an IPO was imminent (based on market conditions of course). This was repeated several times throughout the year. Any IPO would dilute the current owners of Syntroleum. This would be a negative for SLH Corp (IMHO).

Thanks for passing on my question.

Since virtually all SLH's assets are tied up in Syntroleum, do you really think SLH will let them issue an IPO that would hurt SLH and it's shareholders?

Anyway, equating 3 shares of SLHO @ $30/share to equal 1 share of Syntroleum would place 1 share @ $90. That's wacky.

I'm perplexed at this point!

What about a reverse merger of SLHO into Syntroleum. Can someone comment on the impact this could have to SLHO shareholders.
