Don

SOX only has legs today because of Goldman upgrade & MSFT & NAZ...

The "Real" number is if the index can hold IKE's number 292...but for me it's a great short, at some point...

As for the DRG's hey they are just taking porfits after an amazing run up...Most of these stocks get downgraded on "Valuations", it means they hit these ANAL's target prices...they are terrific buys, IMO...and will hold up very well when we correct...

On the other hand, the techs and the semi & semi euips will lead the NAZ down BIG, when ever we do correct...

Puts on the sox may be a good play, but you may want to consider also taking a look at the charts on individual issues for weakness and spread the risk by playing a few of them. I haven't looked at relative premiums on the puts, but I've felt that typically the premiums on the index are disproportionately high. I don't know it for a fact in this instance, though.

I'm playing them short (and I'm nervous) since my timing on puts has been terrible.
