I usually look past these types of lawsuits. Rarely has any impact on near to mid term operations(though I did note they froze the assets, that sort of stinks).

I do agree that it would appear Wired seems obsessed with Zulu. Doesn't mean the past articles are wrong, but I agree there seems to be an obsession at the least.

Great job finding that Wired article, it does seem to validate a lot of speculation on Wired's motivation, and now we have the exciting $200,000.00 lawsuit by a former employee. What's next for Wired, perhaps a story involving sexual harassment in the ZULU-TEK workplace or maybe a link to Whitewater. Wouldn't the Wired articles be considered unethical since David Karnstedt is an employee?

Law Suit = Sour grapes from canned employees.
Let the court decide who's at fault not the public.
